While the majority of our servers maintain stability, occasional freezing or disruptions in certain channels may occur for various reasons. It's important to note that these issues are typically temporary and our dedicated team of expert engineers is continuously working to resolve them. The common causes include fluctuations in customer internet, issues with the box/apps/customer setup, challenges with your ISP, temporary channel outages from the server end, and periodic server updates/restarts for performance enhancement conducted on a weekly basis.
Is it possible to utilize my subscription on multiple devices?
Each subscription is designed for exclusive use on a single device. If you'd like to use our service on multiple devices, we suggest getting separate subscriptions for each device to ensure smooth viewing.
How do I verify the speed and quality of my internet connection?
Kindly utilize the speed test server provided below to assess your internet connection. It is recommended to conduct multiple tests at different times throughout the day for a comprehensive understanding of your overall internet speed. Please note that a stable minimum speed of 16 Mbps is required for optimal performance.
